I rarely leave reviews, but Firm NL genuinely deserve one. Setting up and structuring across multiple jurisdictions is never straightforward, and throughout the entire process they were consistently solution-oriented, responsive, and exceptionally professional. Even when delays and complications arose (many of which were outside of our control and related to other jurisdictions), they did not deflect responsibility or go quiet. Instead, they communicated multiple times per day, provided clear updates, and actively worked to move things forward. What stood out the most was their level of ownership. Brian, in particular, demonstrated a work ethic and sense of responsibility that is increasingly rare. He continued supporting the process through Christmas and New Year, responded to emails promptly, and even checked in while on vacation rather than passing me off to someone else. That level of personal accountability and continuity made a significant difference during a complex international setup. From a compliance perspective, the Netherlands required a very high standard, yet Firm NL made what could have been a difficult process feel structured, transparent, and manageable. Any setbacks we experienced were not caused by the Dutch side, and Firm NL consistently acted as the most efficient and reliable party involved. They handled introductions, guidance, documentation clarity, and operational coordination with precision. Whenever I was unsure about a requirement, they took the time to explain exactly what was needed and why, which is invaluable when operating globally. In short: highly efficient, highly compliant, and deeply professional.
